While we are confident that your items will bring you joy, there may be occasions something happens that has the opposite effect. Whether it's production quality issues, print alignment, or anything in between, we want you, our fellow nerds, anime/manga fans, and gear heads to be as happy as possible with your purchase.
If, for any reason, you aren't satisfied with your order, please read below:
- Return requests need to be submitted within 4 weeks of you receiving the product
- Use our "Contact" form with a clear and concise message detailing the issue
- Once we have responded to the email, we'll ask that you attach images for us to show the supplier (so it doesn't happen to you or anyone else again. ^_^)
- We will then work with our supplier to rectify the issue. If a replacement isn't what you'd like, we'll offer a refund once the item has been returned.
